1 /5 Thanh Phan: Went in today to sell a 2017 Rolex submariner. While I understand not everyone is ables to work on watches, I don’t understand the concept of damaging goods that aren’t yours. The lady attempted to break the case to read the serial which is normal. But she was unable to do so, while also scratch up and damaging the teeth of the watch. On top of everything lowballing me. The watch has not been service or worn much, and not the case is severely scratched up. Did nothing to remedy the situation. Don’t recommend anyone every going here
