    Suddhasish Roy: Worst store, You shop for 5 mins or whatever time you take, 30 to 45 mins needed for billing. Extremely low stuff, 1 or 2 billing counters always open. If you plan for whole day or enough time to kill , come to this store. But dont bring your high hope, invertory is also always low. The ailes are.very messy and very congested.

    Sasha Gibson: My friend and I took our daughters here to get their noses pierced. They were nervous, of course, but Jane - the one who did the piercings - was awesome! She explained everything to us moms and to the girls and helped ease their nerves. She was thorough but fast and was just upbeat the whole time. Dustin the manager was very friendly and came to make sure we were being taken care of and to see if we had any questions. Side note - he’s a pretty funny guy! In the past we have gone to the dawsonville location for my daughters multiple ear piercings, but I think we will go to this location moving forward. Thank you for making this special occasion even better for our families!

    J L: I bought a watch from this store as a birthday gift for my mom. I trusted the store and didn’t double check everything upon purchase (definitely my mistake there). Since my mom had been busy with some issues, she opened the box a week late. When she finally checked the watch, she was shocked to find the leather strap already damaged and the back of the watch sticky. It did not feel like a new product at all. We went back to return it when we finally had some free time, but unfortunately, exactly two weeks had passed and due to the one week policy, we weren’t able to return it. I understood that part, policies are polices, even though I wasn’t aware of it. What truly upset me was the way we were treated. I stayed calm and explained the situation, but the response I got from the male staff was rude and defensive. The staff spoke to me in an upset tone, as if we were lying to them. when I pointed out that the leather strap looked worn despite not even being worn once, I was sarcastically told, “Well, it’s made in China.” That comment alone felt incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. After just replacing the leather strap, the male staff yelled in the back room and ordered another staff to make sure we check everything carefully, not in the most friendly tone. Again, we were made to feel like we were the problem, even though we had remained polite. Had the staff responded with even the slightest kindness or professionalism, we would’ve accepted the situation and moved on without resentment. Instead, the customer service was truly the worst. I was actually planning to purchase another watch for myself, but clearly not anymore. This store has completely lost my trust and my future business.

    Lynda Healy: We go here every six months to get my ring inspected, per their contract to take care of the jewelry, but the friendliness has dropped considerably. It feels like youre an imposition rather than a customer. Unfortunately we still have to go here, but with the attitude as of late, we wont be purchasing anything else.

    Tristine Nguyen: Samantha was amazing helping us narrowed down our choices. We casually walked in to see whats available. I was able to tried on a few bands, then went home to take a closer look at different band designs. We set up an appointment later to look at specific choices I picked online. I told her I was overwhelmed beforehand, and she made our appointment fun and easy. She presented us 3 bands and then 3 diamond choices. Worked with us to explain the 4Cs. I could not find what I wanted within our budget online, but she did her magic and not only got the higher end of the 4Cs, but able to stayed within our budget. Im so excited to see the end results.

    Tyson Dean: Today 9/5/25 I came in to possibly buy/trade but didn’t know what I wanted for sure. Within 10 minutes we agreed on a price and had it ordered because they didn’t have it in store. Doesn’t get much easier than that. Polite staff, honest pricing, and owner is a standup guy, no doubt. Very happy having done business here and will certainly be a future customer.
