5 /5 Sasha Gibson: My friend and I took our daughters here to get their noses pierced. They were nervous, of course, but Jane - the one who did the piercings - was awesome! She explained everything to us moms and to the girls and helped ease their nerves. She was thorough but fast and was just upbeat the whole time. Dustin the manager was very friendly and came to make sure we were being taken care of and to see if we had any questions. Side note - he’s a pretty funny guy! In the past we have gone to the dawsonville location for my daughters multiple ear piercings, but I think we will go to this location moving forward. Thank you for making this special occasion even better for our families!

5 /5 Melinda Kennedy: Went here today to get my 4yo’s ears pierced. Dustin helped us and he was very friendly and professional throughout the entire experience. He was very patient and understanding with my daughter who got a little scared at the last minute, and when she freaked out after the first ear, he allowed us the time she needed to compose herself and decide she wanted to get the other side done. I really appreciate how patient he was despite my daughter screaming after the second one was done. She’s all better now and absolutely loves her earrings! Thanks Dustin!

1 /5 Andrea: This store is not taken care of. I have been in here multiple times over the past few months and it is clear that the manager has no regard for the cleanliness of the store nor does he care about the bad attitude his employees have. During their liquidation sale the store looked like a hurricane ran through it. Not a care in the world. The manager didn’t “manage” anything. The store was in SHAMBLES. Not to mention these girls are clearly not being trained well because they look uncomfortable and unsure of everything they do. I would NEVER get my child’s ears pierced here. They hardly even smile at you and don’t even bother asking them where something is because the store is such a mess I don’t think they know where anything is. Trash, food, bad smells, bad customer service, dead bugs in corners, nothing is organized. I have no idea how the manager has even made it this far, it seems like he lacks basic management skills. This store would be better off with either new management and new employees entirely or closing all together.

5 /5 cherry: Love this store! The girls in there were very professional and polite. Came in on Friday, they BOTH greeted my friend and I as soon as we walked in. There was a redhead girl there who informed me of all of the current deals they had going on and offered me help finding what I needed in the store, and walked me through getting all the qualifying items for the deal they were running! There was another girl with tattoos who checked me out and helped me sign up for emails and walked me through the piercing process after I asked. They were both so kind and had smiles on their face the entire time. They were informative and very helpful! It was such a refreshing experience after having had the worst time at the Mall of Georgia location. Will definitely be coming back to this location instead!
