Jennifer Menjivar: My most recent review for this so called "loan agency" must have got deleted from them due to the fact that they dont want anyone to know how they refuse to put there corpcodes on car titles when you go register them to another state even if you pay them religiously (: -My most recent update with this place has to be that we just payed them off in FULL almost a month ago & we still DO NOT have a title in our hands. OH but dont worry they cashed out the check from our account a month ago haha. and dont worry the manager or owner of this place never reaches out to you no matter how many calls or emails you make. very unprofessional , company with no knowledge on customer service let alone titles . BE CAREFUL!

When I was told that I couldn’t get the loan , I asked several times for proper reasoning and redirection for help and I was told that I didn’t meet their standards and to use google .
