    Blake May: Absolutely horrific service. I counted 16 people in line and 2 people working. One lady just walked around supervising the line telling us they are short staffed instead of actually working. I sat in line for 43 minutes just for them to tell me they can’t do wire transfers at the counter and I need to make an appointment? The only bank I’ve ever heard that that makes you make an appointment for wire transfer. Won’t ever use Truist again, I am switching TODAY!

    Daniel Rowell: I’m having to change my review because this location just keeps getting worse. 8-2 for drive through hours so the working man can’t go do anything unless it’s by appointment only which is BS because the lobby should be open. I saw plenty of workers in the building yet they couldn’t help me get a temporary card at least so I can actually use my account?

When working out the numbers he gave me different scenarios and together we were able to pick the best one. From the beginning he made the process so seamless.
