1 /5 Blake May: Absolutely horrific service. I counted 16 people in line and 2 people working. One lady just walked around supervising the line telling us they are short staffed instead of actually working. I sat in line for 43 minutes just for them to tell me they can’t do wire transfers at the counter and I need to make an appointment? The only bank I’ve ever heard that that makes you make an appointment for wire transfer. Won’t ever use Truist again, I am switching TODAY!
