I explained of my fears of gaining what I loss back. She provide me a nutrition plan and designed a workout plan specifically to me and what I can do being overweight with joint and back issues. I love that I can call and say my sciatica is flared up and she will design a routine to help stretch my back to ease my pain, but still feel like I worked out. And inhave started doing Yoga with Simone once a week. I always felt toonfat to do all of those poses. But Simone has no judgement and pushes me to try all of the positions. She let me know its all in mynhead that I cant do it. 5 Months in and I havent gain any weight that I loss back. But most of all I feel better/healthy overall. This boutique style gym is perfect if you want that one on one guidance.

I like how the instructor started the class off with stretching and ended the class off with stretching. The instructor was so nice and the 30 minutes FLEW.
