Kerwin Alleyne: Ive been to a few cross-fit gyms and this is by far the nicest one. The people here are great, and they have a nice and welcoming community. They might have every piece of exercise equipment known to man in there. The instructors are very knowledgeable and are willing help you with all the fitness goals you may have. But I wouldn’t trust them with my money. Despite all the good stuff, management is terrible. I asked them to stop my membership for a few months, since I would be out of the country. They never did. I was charged for the following month even though I was not able to attend. Since then Ive talked with the owner numerous times about reversing the payment and after a while he just stopped responding to me. If I didn’t put a stop payment through my bank. They would still be charging me every month. 5 months later, I am fighting with my bank to get my money back. Great place, but I caution anyone on trusting them with your bank information.

From the start to the end the coaches are there to help with questions, correct form and safety. Always upbeat atmosphere, have a great time during training and WODs. Fastest hour ever!
