1 /5 Melanie Spencer: BEWARE of this place! I and I alone and am on the mortgage for my home and thus I am also on my deed for my house. This office accepted fraudulent documentation from my ex to have me removed from my homeowners policy! I have my disclosures and mortgage statement that I have shared with them showing that I am the owner of my house and informed they refused to rectify the situation. My loan company called them directly and informed them they have the wrong information and they STILL refused to rectify the problem. In addition Rita Johnson is the rudest ever.
UPDATE. My first and current loan officer called their office yesterday, 7/31/25, requesting the declaration page of the policy mentioned above considering that they received payment from MY MORTGAGE for the renewal fee for the year on July 11, 2026… AND, they informed her that I am the owner of the house and that I was always on the policy bc I am the homeowner. Not only is Rita herself rude, she hangs up on my mortgage company refusing to acknowledge that she has made an error.
@Rita and company: this is not a legal matter. This is an ethical matter. I own my one and provided all needed documents to fix this. I have my disclosures and mortgage statements to prove this. My loan company contacted you directly to fix this. You did not notify me about my policy for my house. You have not provided my declaration page for my loan company so you can work collaboratively to fix this. You all have not acted in good faith. You are acting disreputably. You still have time to admit your wrong and fix your error.
