1 /5 Terra Stone: Tried to open an account. The teller from the drive thru came over and said the older teller had to help me in the main area. Tgevolder one said she could help me then she called someone on the phone, after she told me to wait a moment. I stood there for 15 minutes while she had a conversation. I would say she is slow as molasses, but molasses is faster. A gentleman came in after me and turned around and left. No such thing as small town hospitality here. I will take my business elsewhere.

1 /5 Bethany Thomas: Just changed over to Renesant, wanted to access my account but they attached a random number to my account so I cant log in, called the bank but the number is broken and wont answer then drops the call and the customer service line is cutty and breaky but just says to wait on the line and when I tried to join the call waiting line it said it was full, Ive never heard that before! Just an absolute mess!!
