Mia Nai: Do not conduct business with this company. They sell you the restaurant coupons it doesn’t work. Other products are fine. Towing and reimbursement. The lady Bobby is very rude. They do not respect culture. They don’t follow through on agreements even when you have life situations going on and you communicate with them and still keep your end. Then they do NOT let you know anything. It’s better to go to another business or don’t use them at all. Tread lightly.

Tricia Rowland: The actual office staff is nice when you go in person. However, this is the worst DFCS Office I have ever dealt with. They are constantly never following up with phone calls. They never answer the phone. All the phone numbers are always disconnected so you can never reach any of the case workers. I have literally been trying to apply for benefits since February of this year and have not been able to because every time I am supposed to have a phone call, nobody calls. And then whenever I call to reschedule, they just close out the case because they say that I missed my phone appointment even though nobody ever reached out to me. It is happened four times. And then when you call to reach a supervisor? Surprise! The number has been changed or disconnected or the person no longer works for the office. I have never had such horrible issues with any other county DFCS that I have received benefits from.
