1 /5 Byron Scott: Weve been calling one of your offices for 2 days in a row and havent been able to get anyone on the phone. Weve communicated through your portal and still no answer. Yall need to improve your communication. Especially at the Blue Ridge location.

1 /5 Richard & Paula: I was very disappointed.we faxed information dealing with an estate sale and my information was lost even after I confirmed they had received it. Then after 5 days they said they didnt receive it. His secretary was rude after sending the information for the second time and told us we would have to get someone else to do the contract. REALLY????? He seemed like a good man. Not sure about his secretary????
