1 /5 Jada L. Bowman: Progressive is the worst insurance company you could possibly go for. They don’t even know how to accept or process a simple payment! I pay all my bills on time so at no point in time should anyone ever be calling me saying my anything is about to get turned off because you didn’t do your job. I called several times to verify that my payment was successful and I was reassured several times that there was no issue with my payment, now all of a sudden … Two weeks later I’m getting phone calls and them threatening to stop my services. This is the most stupid thing I’ve ever been through and I will be moving to a different company ASAP.
