Pool activities are well scheduled and you can even reserve a lane for swimming laps. Membership is by the month with no contract. Stop by or go on-line to see the full list of offerings. Parking is adequate, but if it’s busy your first workout could be getting to the front door.

Damion Ferrell: The owner was very transparent about costs, how memberships worked, and staffed hours—which was very helpful as it gave us a good sense of what to expect. The center itself was quite organized. I mostly just use dumbbells, maybe a machine every now again, and it was easy to get my workout down without any disturbance. I cant speak much to other facilities in the gym, but in terms of getting a workout in, this gym made it easy.

Lilian Leong: Coach Alex is an incredible coach. My husband and I train with him, and we were so impressed that we had our two teenage daughters start training with him as well. Their experience has been extremely positive. He is knowledgeable, patient, and knows how to challenge them while keeping training positive and motivating. He explains techniques clearly and even ties in real-life examples—my daughter once had a biology test, and he helped her understand muscle function during trainings. He truly cares about his clients and makes training a great experience. Highly recommend.
