1 /5 Willie Biggens: Staff will help you all they can but despite this Allstate doesnt stand behind there word. Six years of safe driving and we have small accident with a $1000 payout to fix the other person they raised my payment by $70 a month. There word is dirt!!

1 /5 Eddie Marshall: Had a water leak and found out I was severely under insured. My water restoration cost took up 90% of my coverage. The only comment I received would you like to increase your coverage. I would like for my agent to advise me that sir I notice your master policy is x amount you coverage of x amount before this kicks in. Not just take my full payment renewals annually with for my car and home. I’ll go back to USAA the savings weren’t worth it.

5 /5 Stephen Bailey: Moving is a hassle! Especially when your insurance (Statefarm) Increases by 40%. They claimed it was due to the amount of claims in my area but I call bull. Luckily I met Agent Bryant. I didnt know Allstate had so many discounts!?! I ended up paying less than my original bill. All thanks to My new agent and her insurance magic!!!!!! Thanks Agent Bryant!! P.s. I promise to pay on time... ;)
