Eddie Marshall Had a water leak and found out I was severely under insured. My water restoration cost took up 90% of my coverage. The only comment I received would you like to increase your coverage. I would like for my agent to advise me that sir I notice your master policy is x amount you coverage of x amount before this kicks in. Not just take my full payment renewals annually with for my car and home. I’ll go back to USAA the savings weren’t worth it.

Stephanie Glenn I have been with State Farm for years and lately I am having the worst experience with this office. I am beginning to think that I am a target due to my melanated skin. In 5 years I had 4 roadside assistance calls. They dropped me from road side assistance…..wow! What about the numbers of years I paid for the assistance and never used it? Loyalty at its best! I just got notified that my renters insurance was cancelled from my leasing office without any notification. Please do not waste your time and energy with this location!

Tonya Rhodes BEWARE…Do not use this agent! I spent months trying to resolve issues with my business insurance. Terrible customer service and a lot of unethical transactions going on. Mathew is too busy and doesnt follow up with what he promises. His staff made a major mistake with my account, which cost me thousands in lost income and money for Premiums that I should not have had to pay. He admitted there was a “staff error” and Offered to allow me to file a claim on his errors and omissions insurance. Then turned around and blasted me with a email saying I was only looking for a payday! I’ve spent almost a year trying to get beyond the damage that his lack of compliance caused my company. I reported him to farmers and the insurance commissioner. DO NOT TRUST THIS AGENT!
