I understand they mostly do the same thing repeatedly each day but that should not deter them from using basic please and thank you language with the citizens they are assisting. Its Not just one individual but many and again O understand they may be tired of answering the same questions from different people each day but barking orders at people makes you look like a grumpy old bureaucrat.
