1 /5 ManRanda: I would give 0 stars if I could. I have been calling since March 9th the office an my case manager Sara simpson no answer went to office an they have new hours they close at 3. It took 3 months just to get benefits when I first moved up here from FL now they have turned off my benefits with no warning an no way to get ahold of anyone. Their website is making me reset my password everything I go to site unable to log in. This town is so small compared to jacksonville so why has it been almost a week with no communication. Are yall hiring I can answer a phone? This is very upsetting

1 /5 Thomas Ramsey: Noone returns calls. Noone is in office although there are numerous vehicles there. All applications are in Spanish, zero American forms! Waist of tax payer Money!!!
