My client was referred to FBC mortgage from the builder in order to get the incentives and it was the WORST experiences ever!!! Greg, Tiffany and Veronica are EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! They lack respect for others and communication skills. They never answer the phone, never respond in a timely manner to emails or phone calls, never give correct information and most of all they are never on the same page with each other!!! Just crazy!!! I do not recommend this company at all!! They made my clients first home buying experience horrible!!!
