I pick up the few toys and and there was no food, like a scam? Yet post on fb about how many familys you fed? But you cant say or talk to anyone about cause your the problem? I just needed a little help with food. My posts getting deleted because I questioned for a little help. They post on fb how many family they help but not really. This lie really hurt. I was already embarrassed to ask. Why are you like this salvation army?

    LaTonya Yesterday: Opened a new account a few weeks ago. The opening deposit went into the wrong account as it was not available in my account until later the next week-noted the deposit slip had a line drawn over the acct number with a different handwritten number below the original one. Over 1 week later my bank cards still hadnt arrived. No communication from the bank either time, I initiated the calls. Ended with me just closing the account, since no one seemed to care about the handling of my funds, nor having my business as a new customer. Sorry to know that a bank with such a longstanding relationship within the community could make these careless mistakes. But the indifferent attitude & failure to attempt to make things right speaks volumns, and is at best, disappointing.

    Sarah Kemp: I called after going in 2 weeks ago. The people here are so horrible my case was closed because I apparently uploaded something wrong but I wasnt given notice of this and they say its not their job to let me know if I have done something wrong. The lady on the phone wouldnt let me finish a sentence without cutting me off and laughed at me when i tried to continue what i was saying so I caught an attitude and hung up only to recieve a call back immediately so I answered and asked if they wanted to laugh at me some more but the supervisor was also rude asf. The point they made to me is theres nothing I can do about my closed case and I have to reapply so now because of something that could have been corrected with a little bit of communication on their part me and my family have to struggle. If someone is looking to move to liberty county but you know you will require benefits I would look elsewhere because of this specifically. I mean its disgusting really if I could leave less than 1 star i would. They need a revamp of the whole staff.

    LHamzah Laws: I think that the Director Ms Jones, Need to take a different approach with Clients. She doesnt provide assistance to the problem of clients with "Mental Health " in a Professional Aspect in my opinion. My Son went there twice to No Avail! She was Bias and her Personal Opinion should not be apart of the Program that The Website Represents for People needing Help. She should know that Everyone doesnt get what they need until theyre ready to Submit! And She should "NEVER BE JUDGMENTALl"! Perhaps the Individuals are Ready for Change! I know my Son is! Ms Jones made my Son feel Severely Depressed and Defeated leaving her Office for the Second Time.
