    Sarah Kemp: I called after going in 2 weeks ago. The people here are so horrible my case was closed because I apparently uploaded something wrong but I wasnt given notice of this and they say its not their job to let me know if I have done something wrong. The lady on the phone wouldnt let me finish a sentence without cutting me off and laughed at me when i tried to continue what i was saying so I caught an attitude and hung up only to recieve a call back immediately so I answered and asked if they wanted to laugh at me some more but the supervisor was also rude asf. The point they made to me is theres nothing I can do about my closed case and I have to reapply so now because of something that could have been corrected with a little bit of communication on their part me and my family have to struggle. If someone is looking to move to liberty county but you know you will require benefits I would look elsewhere because of this specifically. I mean its disgusting really if I could leave less than 1 star i would. They need a revamp of the whole staff.

She doesnt provide assistance to the problem of clients with "Mental Health " in a Professional Aspect in my opinion. My Son went there twice to No Avail! She was Bias and her Personal Opinion should not be apart of the Program that The Website Represents for People needing Help. She should know that Everyone doesnt get what they need until theyre ready to Submit! And She should "NEVER BE JUDGMENTALl"! Perhaps the Individuals are Ready for Change! I know my Son is! Ms Jones made my Son feel Severely Depressed and Defeated leaving her Office for the Second Time.
