5 /5 Tan Bishop: Roswell’s best kept secret!!!! This place is a true gem. I actually came in contact with Nancy and this place through Facebook. Nancy was so warm and efficient. There was a ring I saw and wanted to purchase without going to the store. Nancy said no she’d would hold it until I get there. She was warm and very nice. And even let me tell her my love story behind the jewelry. The ring I purchased was a little snug, but she adjusted in the spot. I will be coming back again and again!!!!

Prices are reasonable and competitive. I went to trade in a some jewelry and at no point did I feel I was being low balled or pressured. Highly recommended!!

It took about a month but Susan was able to help me find the right color shade gemstone. The customer service here is excellent! Everyone we met was very welcoming and friendly. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase!

They were so cute I was going to buy one as it was, but Natalya was so sweet and mentioned that they did custom writing for the Gnome’s cap! Communication on pick up instructions were clear and timing was fairly flexible. Upon pickup, she even offered to wrap the gift for me, and it was beautiful!

Greg Reeves was so kind and helpful in scheduling my visit (I live in Alpharetta, GA) and offering guidance as I selected my new wedding set design. I was able to select a new look with a larger diamond (more carats) than my original set for a great price. We decided upon lab grown diamonds and got a great deal costing barely $100 more than what my husband paid for my original mined diamond set in 1996! Mary Alex also did a wonderful job shopping around to get the best deal for a fabulous looking diamond and ring set for us.
