City Pawn & Title - Cedartown Melissa Alexander: My husband bought our grandson a brand new 4 wheeler from this business on December 23. The exhaust pipe has come loose from the engine block. Upon inspecting it, he realized that both the screws had obviously rattled out of it. We assume that it was not tightened up properly. Well, today, January 28th, he called them asking to bring it in so they could attach the pipe back, basically, put two screws back in and tighten properly and also adjust the front brakes because they were never adjusted properly. He was told basically to go pound sand as we are 5 days beyond the 30 day warranty that they give on a BRAND NEW 4 wheeler. Wow, what poor customer service. BEWARE CONSUMERS. We for one, will NEVER do business with this unappreciative group again. Best of luck to you all.
