    Jennifer Davenport: Call to pay off loan in March sent in full payment for the balance I was told I had. Then sudden 6 months later after not hearing anything from them I get a call asking me if I deposited and check which I hadn’t. Then a couple days later call and tell me I have a balance and interest to pay. Not sure how I have a balance when in March I sent in exactly what I was told my balance was and if there was a balance left in March why not contact me about no payment for 6 months and it was labeled as paid on my credit report as well. I will never do business with them again nor refer anyone to them.
