Shawanda Carter: Unprofessional agent. Took him 1 1/2 weeks to return a call to me or my husband. Every time we called he was out of the office. The claim adjuster was even worse. Told us our policy was cancelled which was a lie, then gave us more misinformation. Shaun did not have our best interests. He was very rude talking over me on the phone and basically could not tell me where in my policy it stated the information it took him over a week to tell us. Makes me think he had to come with something to justify why they denied our claim. Please take your money to another agent.
