2 /5 Michael McCormick: These people are horrible and unworthy of the high interest they charge. They do not take care of their own customers. Amber and the manager talk about your private information with other customers and I think that is an ethical issue. I have recorded data of her describing specific details about my credit to another person who did not have the right to that information. She also is very disrespectful considering I paid my car off.

1 /5 Katherine Hodge: My mom paid a payment for my brother who has an account there in January. She is checking her account today and see they have taken an unauthorized payment out of her account last month. My brother’s name is not on her bank account or debit card and I’m sure the lady heard him say a one time payment in January on their recorded line. I could have sworn this is against the law and against the lending authority laws.

2 /5 J Smith: I have been a loyal customer for 3 years. I was misled regarding how much extra I would be charged on my 2nd loan with this company so when I called about payoff I owe roughly 700 dollars more than I was told I would owe. I have paid early and extra on both loans the entire time. Once these loans are paid in full I will NEVER use this company again!
