During our interaction, Quentin was not only unprofessional but also outright rude and dismissive. It was clear that he had little interest in addressing my concerns, and his attitude came across as condescending and disrespectful.
Customer service is the key in any business, and unfortunately, Quentin’s approach fell far short of acceptable standards.
