    M: Read this and be aware of who you are potentially working with. All of what I am stating is truthful and backed by evidence. They are not BBB accredited. Look at the public complaints and decide for yourself. Do NOT make payments to them over phone UNLESS they use the automated collection system. Twice I have called this office to set up a payment where the representative didnt use the automated system and collected it verbally. GUESS WHAT? This office never processed my payments and caused my loan to become so overdue so they sent me to collections, sued me, and tried garnishment. They lie and say I dont answer calls or call back. My phone logs from my carrier say otherwise. They sued me for their lack of proper documentation and incorrect notes. Look at how many magistrate court filings there are for Republic Finance, Republic Finance,LLC, Finance, Republic, LLC. Its so scary. There are SO many. Stay FAR away from this company!!!!!!!!!!

    Najhea Waters: Don’t do it. You will regret it. Horrible company rude, unprofessional staff. If the conversation goes left (which it will very quickly because they talk to people any kind of way) they will start yelling, calling you out of your name, refuse to take your payment and hang up in your face. I regret coming to Marietta car center and having to deal with all family finance and will be refinancing my loan as well as building a case against this company for harassing and threatening phone calls ( which I have recordings of the manager telling me to come to the office to fight and kyle moore calling me 10-12 times a day back to back for a payment that I’ve already set an arrangement for because they “no longer do payment arrangements because they’re under new management” which should be taken up with the employee Danita that set the arrangement for me not me the customer.

    T Jay: Customer service at this location is awesome! Very friendly and professional. I rated a 3 for 2 reasons: One, you cant make a deposit at the ATM. Whats the point of an ATM if its not full service, requiring you to have to go in anyway? Two, THE ATM IS TOO LOUD!! Every punch is as loud as a car alarm. Why let the whole neighborhood know youre withdrawing money?? Youre setting a customer up to be robbed!! VERY UNSAFE !!!!

    Viichi: I attempted to get a personal loan applied was approved for less than the original amount that I was advised. I decided to continue with the process. I was advised to come in the next day. Before ending the cal I asked the representative is there anything else I should bring or will need and was assured I don’t need anything else they have all the information. When I arrived , not only were they not welcoming, they kept requesting more and more information which frustrated me because I asked what I would need to bring and I had none of the things there were requesting. I decided to cancel with them and try with another company. Not only did the other place approved me for much more than I was approved for here, they verified all my information and cut me the check in the same day. Whole process took 30 mins with them from start to finish. Do your research and definitely read the reviews if I read before I applied here I never would’ve applied. Definitely use Regional Finance or 1st Franklin never had an issue with either of those places with approval or customer service
