CC 1983: Lundy told me that he would give me a portion of my payment back since I was dropping my custody case. Came back a year later when I made my decision to get my money back and he acts like he cant return my calls and totally "ghost" me. Thought that was crooked but whatever. Typical lawyer, likes to talk about how great he is and you cant get a word in. Go with the other guy.

Gene Bulla: We unfortunately ! had our Powder Springs, GA home closing scheduled thru Vickey Atkins at the Atkins law firm in Rockmart, GA in March, 2022. This was recommended by our also unfortunately! real estate rep. Heather Soukup. We didnt receive the closing statement for several weeks after closing. Also Vickey didnt contact the HOA Co. and provide them closing confirmation. If it hadnt of been for the very friendly and professional receptionist Sherri I doubt if we would of received our documents. We DO NOT recommend Vickey Atkins for any legal assistance .
