During our visit, we noticed that the bathroom was not clean, and I was bitten by unidentified bugs. Although there were two staff members present at the time, they did not acknowledge our presence or offer a simple farewell as we left. It was unclear why they were there, as they seemed to be merely observing people without engaging. This experience left us feeling unwelcome and concerned about the overall maintenance and hospitality of the facility.
