LA Fitness - Chicago Rev Reviews: Guys up front were incredibly rude I had a guest pass and they declined to let me in saying that it’s after 9. I respectfully asked if I could buy a day pass and they said it would be $20 to which I said no problem and this other guy goes actually I cant let you play basketball. This other worker goes I can sell you a membership for $70 a month that’s the only way you get in today. I said no he goes yeah no other option but I can sell you a pass. Worst experience at a gym ever the level of professionalism is 0. I’m personally in sales and have been doing it for over 5 years and always strive to make the consumer happy so they return if your management here at this location look at your night crew for 11/25 and reconsider them for a janitor position because they deserve to scrub toilets with how crappy the attitude was. I never leave bad reviews but nothing about these guys was positive.
