iPawn - Winder (GA)

1 /5 Knight Raven: Mostly ok, buying a weapon is a totally different story. Ipawn has there OWN store policy, 10 business days which comes to two weeks. They dont tell you this before you decide to buy. And if you cancel, they charge a 33% restock fee and the rest you get in store credit. Legally it 3 day delay and you can get if no response. My advice is go to a store that follows FFL. Update, asked for the area or region manager contact information. I was told by the Assistant manager that they dont have one. And I would have to go to their website and figure out how to contact someone. Not a way to run a business. And no policy for buy weapons are posted. And should be if its different from FFL. UPDATE 2. THEY WERE FINALLY TOLD FROM CORPORATE, THAT I WAS RIGHT ABOUT THE 3 DAYS, AND GOT MY WEAPON. YOUD THINK BEING IN BUSINESS THEY WOULD KNOW. So they are going by the Brady Date

2 /5 Daniel Strick: My wife bought a piece of jewelry on 7/9/ 25. The store personnel were professional and the bracelet looked fine..till the next day. A random wire showed, the bracelet unraveling. So we called as soon as we could get on the phone with them to see about replacement or repair. They said they would only buy it back for half what we paid for it..we bought it yesterday, for 550.00. They dont have a repair option, and to top it off, you apparently would have to purchase a warranty for 5% that was never mentioned. There are other pawn shops in the area, so avoid these people like we will be in the future.

5 /5 Wayne Poole: Been dealing with them for Years now and have bought many of Iteam’s. Everyone is like family they get to know names and people. You aren’t just a customer you’re a person. Highly recommend. Wish they had a loyalty program or a referral program.
