Didnt hear anything back so I called back on the 23rd and was told the agent would call back. Never happened. Called again on the 26th before 11 am and was told again that the agent would call back. STILL HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM THEM YET.

DM: They dont return phone calls or emails when they know they have made a mistake (just like other reviews). They are only interested in new customers, not servicing existing members. Customer service has been horrible. Multiple messages left and emails sent asking for a return phone call. I will be moving my policy elsewhere. Just so others know, you dont have to wait until your current policy expires to cancel, you will get a prorated refund and you can change insurance companies at any time.
