5 /5 Anna Patrick: Be prepared to get your sweat on! The saunas make me burn so many more calories than I would in a normal workout. I get a great mix of strength training and cardio. I’ve never been a big weight lifting person so the isometric workouts have been great for my muscle building. I like the privacy of the saunas as well. I can truly disconnect and focus on my workout without having to worry about wandering eyes.

I am a Hotworx member, but I am visiting family and wanted to pay for local services. I also want to send a special thank you to Kayla. Kayla provided the absolute best customer service starting with my call inquiry, drop in registration, all the way to my work outs. She is very knowledgeable, detailed and gives information with a bright sunshine smile that gave my visit a family oriented vibe. I recommend Hotworx to young athletic to seasoned citizens. This is one of the best recovery workout you could ever gift your body with.
