5 /5 Karol Will: Ive been with Covington Credit/ Financial Heights since 2015. They are more like my family that I turn to when I need to borrow money. Sometimes they turn to me first and ask if I need any money. They got my back! Im not sure if Miss Sarah has helped me, but Chris and his whole crew have been there when I need them . At 71 years old Im starting to forget names, but trust me I would list every last one of them if I could. Ive never had a bad experience with this second family of mine. No matter what name they go by now they are still the same family members I started with. Thank you guys for taking such good care of me. Oh, tell Mom Ill be in later today. Haha Too many family birthdays in August so I need to get busy birthday shopping. Come in to Financial Heights and join our family!

1 /5 Jesse Chancey: Harrasing phone calls everyday 2 - 3 times a day i don’t have a loan with the my dad does but they harass the family members! Told Demonica would have my dad’s loan paid off this month and she said You can’t NOT Pay your loan! Trust me our family won’t be doing business with them anymore! Place went down hill when management changed!

Jade Knight: Disappointed in the lack of communication and professionalism I received from here. My husband and I were clients for over 2 years with multiple businesses. In May I was told by Lisa she was taking some time off but would still be available should we need to reach her. That wasn’t the case. For the last 2 years I’ve consistently met with Lisa on a monthly basis and valued her feedback and knowledge on how to grow and strengthen my business. I began to notice the decline in services during the summer and noticed expenses were being categorized incorrectly by her team. This concerned me from a tax standpoint. I reached out expressing my concerns and never received a response back. At that point, I felt it was best to terminate services and move on. To this day, nobody seems to know what happened and why it wasn’t communicated to clients that she was leaving and exploring other avenues. I’m not sure why you would leave your clients hanging like that. Very unprofessional!!!
