1 /5 Jade Knight: Disappointed in the lack of communication and professionalism I received from here. My husband and I were clients for over 2 years with multiple businesses. In May I was told by Lisa she was taking some time off but would still be available should we need to reach her. That wasn’t the case. For the last 2 years I’ve consistently met with Lisa on a monthly basis and valued her feedback and knowledge on how to grow and strengthen my business. I began to notice the decline in services during the summer and noticed expenses were being categorized incorrectly by her team. This concerned me from a tax standpoint. I reached out expressing my concerns and never received a response back. At that point, I felt it was best to terminate services and move on. To this day, nobody seems to know what happened and why it wasn’t communicated to clients that she was leaving and exploring other avenues. I’m not sure why you would leave your clients hanging like that. Very unprofessional!!!
