They lie about their refund policy. Just some hustlers and scammers. The mall should kick them out for real! Tried to sell me a stainless steel rope and said it was sterling silver. VERY SHADY!!

After nit getting a call to pick up in the stated time frame I was told the other store no longer had it available. I was very... upset. But Emily calmly called the store and found out it was because it had been shipped to me. She was so nice, professional and accommodating I couldnt stay mad,even before she called. Sammy and Cynthia were also very helpful.
