1 /5 Queen Q: A couple of weeks ago I entered this branch to open some new accounts. I proceeded to the counter in the lobby and signed in. The was a lady that was being serviced by the rep seated at the desk in the lobby. As I waited to be seen, I heard the ladys entire transaction. My two issues were I waited over 30 minutes with no greeting or estimated time of service and that I overheard details of a strangers account information. The ladys transaction was being handled without an once of customer service or empathy. So much so another rep walked up to say there was nothing they could do about the ladys overdrated account and could cover the funds using another one of her accounts. The lady refused and offered to use the rolls of coins that she brought with her. The fact that I know details about a strangers account is baffling to me. They couldnt have taken her to an office somewhere private to discuss her account? Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere.
