1 /5 billy henderson: Not a gym to go to if youre looking to get into body building/weight lifting (personal opinion/ dont have to agree).
pros
-turf area for stretching and calisthenics.
-decent sized cardio area.
-large windows for sunlight.
cons
-all the weight lifting equipment, especially smith machine and power rack, are squeezed into an area that is not nearly large enough. Half the gym is extra rooms and space that could house all the equipment they currently have, which would probably benefit the majority of people who have a membership. The giant empty room they have Im sure is used for classes (cross fit and whatnot), but if a majority of people paying to use this gym dont also pay for those classes (which I hope enough people do to make it worth doing that, and to void this con entirely) what use is cramping all the machines uncomfortably close to one another.
-one singular deadlift platform (not even at the power rack).
-planet fitness sized DB rack.
Edit:
Most gyms that arent a golds gym dont cater to bodybuilding. However, cramming all the equipment that your "everyday person" (likely the majority of the gyms income) uses as tightly as this place does, isnt logical at all. Pretty sure the everyday person isnt looking to spend 40+ USD for fake kickboxing or cross fit classes. But go off I guess. Owner needs to post physique. Im either talking to a toothpick or a blob, you didnt address anything I said before the edit. Just said "no :D" like a 5 year old.
