    The Chieftess: Anytime Fitness in Auburn has been our go-to since we came to the area. The ability to access the facility 24 hours is incredibly convenient. The facility is always clean. The equipment is well maintenanced and most of all, their service is second to none. Their customer service is absolutely amazing. Sarah goes out of her way to assist and accommodate with an enthusiastic attitude which is a really good deal for a fitness facility. If you are in the Auburn area, I highly recommend you choose Anytime Fiyness as your fitness facility.

A billing mishap had me really stressed, but she handled everything with so much compassion and professionalism. She was engaging, personable, and genuinely cared about making things right. You can tell she truly loves her facility, her team, and the members who come through the doors. She took the time to listen, reassure me, and resolve the issue quickly—something you don’t always experience these days. Her positive energy alone made the entire situation feel so much lighter. Because of her, I’m not only relieved, but I’m actually excited to start going to the gym. When customer service is this good, it makes the whole environment feel welcoming and uplifting. Honestly, it’s a pleasure just interacting with the staff, and I can’t wait to become a regular. Highly recommend One Life Gym—and an extra thank you to Shauna for being the absolute best!

    Jorge Cruz: I have been going to this gym for like 2 years now. It’s like a the second home to me. They have good equipment, good coach’s, and you can make a coupe of friends there. The only problem I’d say is sometimes it gets crowded but other then that a great gym.

    Chris Fitzgerald: Great atmosphere with an unbeatable selection of equipment you won’t find at other gyms in the area. The 24/7 member access makes it easy to train on my own schedule and really put in the work. The owners are always improving the space and making sure it’s a top-notch environment for members to train hard and feel motivated. All around great place to train and gets me out of my garage gym when I want to use the cool equipment that I dont have access to at home.

    Victoria Peters: I met with Brenda before I started at Anytime Fitness and she asked me about my goals in joining the gym. I was very pleased with what we discussed and she understood what my goals were. I’m not trying to reshape my body, I’m in my senior years and I’m just trying to age well, improve mobility and work on my balance. She explained how the program with a personalized trainer works, but there is absolutely no pressure to get you to sign up with one. It’s there if I want it. Brenda was a fabulous listener and even did a balance assessment. I am very pleased.
