5 /5 Victoria Peters: I met with Brenda before I started at Anytime Fitness and she asked me about my goals in joining the gym. I was very pleased with what we discussed and she understood what my goals were. I’m not trying to reshape my body, I’m in my senior years and I’m just trying to age well, improve mobility and work on my balance. She explained how the program with a personalized trainer works, but there is absolutely no pressure to get you to sign up with one. It’s there if I want it. Brenda was a fabulous listener and even did a balance assessment. I am very pleased.
