    J B: Been with Bank of America probably 18 years and I’ve had quite a few problems. I have quite a substantial savings that I moved to another bank because I was concerned with keeping any money there. Because of a glitch and their online banking, they’ve sent money to the wrong recipient several times. On the app when you’re doing the online banking And it has the different options for who you’re trying to pay It can show the same name and several places which causes them to send money to the wrong place. The last time this happened they set $2500 to the wrong place which I couldn’t get back. I took a snapshot of the glitch on their website, but they said there was nothing they could do. Basically was told so sorry but sucks to be you. I’m in the process of opening a new checking account with another bank.

    Krupal Patel: Never use this ATM. I deposited $520.00. machine took the money and gave me a receipt that “we cannot process your transaction and cannot give your items back”. I am still waiting. I have filed the complaint at the customer care. I have file the compliant at consumer financial protection, Bureau. It’s been three months. I didn’t get my money back and not any positive response from the bank.
