Just dont like the fact if you have an issue over the weekend it cant be dealt with until the following business day not a 24 hour customer service. Or the hidden 2.00 fee for transferring money from savings to checking. It does say you are charged if debit transactions are made of more than 3 within the quarter, but they tell you you can do it online or come to bank and you wont be charged the fee. Debit transactions are using a card not online services.
