1 /5 Natasha Kelly: Do not use her as your agent. They are none responsive, I have to call customer service corporate # in order to get them to respond. When you speak with someone in the office they are professional but not consistent, they will say they will call back but don’t. She has been my agent for years and when this year 2020 my monthly bill jumped $200 with no claims , no tickets but was told the state had increases . I called CS they said I would need to speak with her NO ONE from her office called me back . I am done
