1 /5 Shelly Bishop: I went in to see about a checking account. The lady that was supposed to be helping me was quite rude and has no business working in customer service. She never once asked exactly what I was looking for, offer to tell me about the programs or anything. I refuse to even come back to do business with a company that allows there eployees to act in such a manner.
