I inquired about an existing policy with this office and she not only did not help me, she did not want to, and her attitude was horrible. I switched all policies to State Farm solely because of HER. She is not good for business for Farm Bureau and I’d suggest they “give her the boot” as State Farm did before she acquired this job. I will be contacting headquarters in Macon about her.

    Jordan Smalls: Ever since relocating to GA I have had nothing but issues with this company. I will be switching to another insurance. My cost also went up when I’ve never been in an accident and have never had a ticket before. Basically, I keep getting letters from the state saying that I don’t have insurance. I also was unable to get my license plate switched over because the state was saying that I don’t have insurance. I PAY $150 DOLLARS A MONTH and have been since the beginning of this year and have NEVER had a lapse in insurance so I don’t understand why they keep sending me letters saying that I am not actually insured. Either way I am SICK of it and will be purchasing my insurance through a company that actually works and knows what they’re doing. This is ridiculous. I have had a car and insurance for 12 years now and have NEVER had this issue. I’m over it.
