1 /5 Sarah Kitchens: The agent at this office, Colleen Raye Taylor, is completely unprofessional. I inquired about an existing policy with this office and she not only did not help me, she did not want to, and her attitude was horrible. I switched all policies to State Farm solely because of HER. She is not good for business for Farm Bureau and I’d suggest they “give her the boot” as State Farm did before she acquired this job. I will be contacting headquarters in Macon about her.

1 /5 Garrett Grant: I went there to acquire insurance for my home build. I was quoted a price and signed the policy. After the policy was issued they said it would cost $400. Dollars more. I requested to cancel the policy due to the Agent not quoting the correct policy cost. The agent then set me a email from the underwriting stating I would not receive a full refund. Go figure. Thier mistake my loss. I wont do any business with them in the future or suggest them. Agent College Taylor.
