    Kimberly Martin: I called in to verify documents needed, for new registration because we are new to the county and spoke with the most unprofessional clerk "Brittany", who felt the need that she didnt have to give her last name. She was very rude cutting me off in the middle of sentences, requested to speak with her manager. Im sure that didnt go anywhere because apparently she was standing right there to take the call after "Brittany" says plainly "here" (giving her the phone), Who are these people???, Can you say UNPROFESSIONAL .

    April Davis: Its ridiculous that Ive been cashing/depositing my checks into my account for over a year and it immediately shows on my balance. Well today they decide to put a hold on my check bc they dont recognize the company. Really? But you recognized it the last 100 times? Oh and they wouldnt allow me to make a 600 dollar purchase during Xmas. I called three times. No one could give me a reason why. So I withdrew all my money bc of it and then guess what they did. They over drew my account 500 for a bill. I hate this bank. They make things up as they go.
