Jane Pennington: Allstate Insurance - Forsyth Alexis Britt Johnson: Working with this office was great at first. Somewhere along the line, things changed. Christy is great, but there is a strong lack of communication everywhere else. My fiance and I had at least 10 different quotes with completely different numbers for our homeowners policy, and Mrs. Pennington did not seem to be able to pinpoint why. A week
after we moved into our recently purchased home, we get a cancellation notice for our policy. Frantic, we were on the phone with customer care for almost 2 hours trying to figure out exactly what had happened. We requested to be switched to a new local agent, and within a week I got a call from the Penningtons Allstate office to advise of more changes that had to be made because of other mistakes on their part. Towards the end of the call, I was asked if it were true that we had requested a new agent. I answered yes and told her it was the last of communication. Mrs. Pennington then proceeded to say, "but baby, listen..." and I was not happy. I am not a child, nor am I ignorant. I am an adult and I dont need justification or a dumbed down explanation of excuses. Needless to say, working with Mrs. Pennington was not a pleasant experience.
