1 /5 Tina H: I had insurance with them for years. It was always a struggle getting them to do anything. I always dreaded calling them because of the attitude and incompetence. I sold one car and bought another called them to get the new car insured. They cancelled the wrong car and it took them over a month to try and get it corrected. I received a letter from the state fining me for not having insurance. They kept telling me I did but could not produce an insurance card. I finally had to call a friend who worked at State Farm to get it corrected. We bought a new airstream I called to get insurance and they sent me some crazy hand typed paper saying I had insurance on a 30ft airstream. I called to get them to correct this and add the model. They said it wasn’t necessary. So I finally called Tommy and he did send over a correct DEC page with the model Globetrotter on it. I had such bad response I finally transferred all 6 accounts to an other agent. Just found out they had my new camper with 15,000 uninsured motorist and my paid off new cars at 25,000. Why would they do that. Thank God I transferred and we had no issues. They just don’t know what they are doing.
